A New Page Footer - Request for Estimate
Please provide a ballpark estimate of the time required to implement this proposed enhancement.
- Change the Page Footer from a fixed position to a scrollable element.
- Enable GSV to update all the content in the Page Footer.
The current Page Footer is in a fixed position on the page. When additional content is added to the Footer, the Footer would occupy a significant amount of space on the page:
The Footer currently has 3 parts:
- A set of links to GSV web pages.
- A set of icons and links to GSV Social Media platforms.
- A set of text about the GSV. This includes a copyright statement, the GSV address, the GSV Registration Number, and the GSV ABN.
However, only some of the content in the Footer can be modified by GSV:
- The set of links to GSV web pages. This set of links is contained in the Footer Menu.
- The set of links to GSV Social Media platforms. This set of links is contained in the Social Menu. However, the icons cannot be added or changed by GSV.
- The Page Footer is scrollable so that the GSV can add additional content without taking up a large amount of screen space.
- The GSV has the ability to update all the content in the Page Footer.
